Products, when not in stock, have a handling time of 1-3 working days. Please confirm with us before you purchase for an accurate estimated time.
If products are lost/damaged in the shipping process, Digitalprinthead does not take any responsibility to exchange or refund such. To cover these accidental situations, we offer DHL/UPS/FEDEX express way to ship as default. We highly recommend this, especially for items like printheads, and other high-value items, do not suggest shipping via parcel post airmail or EMS.
2. What items are returnable?
All items can be returned within 15 days of receipt of your shipment in their original condition.
“Consumable” items like dampers, filters, tubings, wipers, cappers, which are related to the ink system, cannot be returned if used or with ink.
You accept responsibility for proper installation. If you are not sure how to install the printhead or any other spare parts, contact a trained repair technician to do the installation.
We provide a manufacturer warranty, which is valid only 15 days after the purchase. The printhead will only be replaced after the printhead manufacturer evaluates the printhead and confirms no defect caused by fluids used, electrical surges, and Improper Installation. Printhead warranty does not cover printheads that have been misused, altered, neglected, handled carelessly, or damaged due to improper cleaning or unauthorized repairs. Digital PrintHead does not take any responsibility for damages.
3. What items are non-refundable?
Items on sale.
Printheads are not refundable and are susceptible to store credit only.
4. Are there any charges for return?
We would charge a 10% Restocking Fee on all returned products without a warranty issue or by mistakes made when the order is placed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for return shipping charges.
If an error was made and an item was wrongly sent, then the shipping charges will be covered.
5. How do I return?

Follow the instruction via email and select the items you want to return.
You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
6. How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within ten (3-10) business days(depending on your country and bank system).
All products returned have a 10% restocking fee. This fee is waived when we make an error, or a quality issue is present.
